Erica Cerra (born October 31 1979) is a Canadian actress best well-known for her character Deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy show Eureka. Cerra is the daughter of Italian parents from Vancouver British Columbia. At the age 8 Cerra was captivated by her love to act. She appeared in countless commercials as a child. At one point, she paused her performing and came back in 2001 at age 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her among the top Vancouver's young actresses of 2005. Cerra was a part of the show as deputy Jo Lupo in Eureka. The Syfy show aired on Syfy between 2007 and 2012. In 2006, she starred as the lead on the Michael Buble music video Save the Last Dance for Me. Cerra was a regular on the most popular television series like Battlestar Galactica, The L Word as well as many more. Cerra has also appeared in a variety of major film releases such as Man About Town, with Ben Affleck & Rebecca Romijn and Blade:Trinity with Wesley Snipes. Cerras face and body were employed as models to portray the character Ashley Williams in the Mass Effect series in video game. The actress also appears as a character in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff and as Dead Like Me. Her credits are Cold Squad (Canadian detective procedural), Special Unit 2 (monster-hunting action show), and The Collector, a supernatural thriller. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi claimed she was a middle child and was the one who stole clothing from my sister's closets. She married Joey Scribner Howard her high school sweetheart who is now a Mechanical Engineer working in the Power Utility industry. Khondabi stated that Joey and she first met in the classroom at Greenwood Christian School, and they were close friends throughout their college years, before beginning to meet in high school senior year. Howard was a graduate of Dutch Fork High School in Irmo, but Khondabi and Howard remained friends. They then started dating. Khondabi is a graduate in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina and she is a 2007 Emerald High School Graduate. She has studied sports management as well as entertainment. Joey graduated from USC as well. They also have a furry baby a dog Liam. Khondabi stated that she and Joey are food lovers, and onion rings are one of their most loved home cooked meals. Khondabi said, "I'm a very curious person." As a child, I would do educational interviews that would air on our school news program and I would be the anchor for school news headlines on a daily basis. Oakland Elementary's news show was known as WOAK. Khondabi said that her first assignment as a news reporter came after college. It was at WAGT which was in Augusta Georgia. I was in news about six years, she wrote. After Augusta I worked as an anchor for WOWK in Charleston West Virginia and then Columbus Ohio.
